You’ve Made It This Far

SITC is designed for volunteers to give their time as often as they want. The program runs from June 25 to August 16 and begins at 9:00 on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at one of our ten carpool sites.

Volunteer Ages and Groups

Anyone who is 14 years old or finished with 8th grade – whichever comes first can volunteer with SITC. Typically, our volunteers range in age from 14 to 40. The program is designed for individuals to volunteer, but we also work with a lot of volunteer groups. Interested in bring your group? Send an email to groups@summerinthecity.com

Registration

Volunteer registration with SITC is quick and easy. Visit our registration page and follow the instructions to fill-out or online form. Don’t forget to bring your Registration Part II with you on your first day!

Coming Prepared

Most importantly, you should wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and sturdy shoes – no sandals! We will have snacks and water, but you may want to bring your own. You can also bring your phone and camera, just make sure to keep close track of them. Also, no sandals or sandals..
